2 cups cow's milk
1 cup flour
1/4 cups butter, melted
2 eggs
1/8 cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
3 cups whipping cream
3 tablespoons lemon zest
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/2 cups icing sugar
3 cups strawberries, sliced

In a bowl, mix all the crepe ingredients until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and make crepes until you reach the desired number of crepes for the cake layers. Set aside.
In a bowl, whip the cream until it doubles in volume, add the lemon zest, lemon juice, and powdered sugar. Set aside.
On a plate, place one crepe as the base, spread a layer of whipped cream, and add strawberries. Repeat until several layers are formed.
Cover the entire cake with whipped cream, decorate the top with plenty of strawberries. Refrigerate for 1 hour, serve and enjoy.
