  • 2 cups strawberries, washed and disinfected
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1/2 liters sour cream, natural
  • strawberries, diced or bananas

  • Mix all the ingredients in a blender.
  • Until it reaches a smooth and creamy consistency.
  • If desired, you can add a pinch of cinnamon.
  • Pour into a rectangular baking dish and freeze at maximum freezer temperature for 1 day (24hrs).
  • Note: to make it creamier, whip it to prevent ice crystals from forming, beat them with a fork.
