If you like strawberries with chocolate, you can not stop preparing this incredible jelly with an amazing combination of flavors. It has a very creamy base of chocolate and an acidic strawberry layer with real fruit. You'll love it!
1 cup Extra Special® cocoa cream with hazelnut pieces
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 envelope unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated and melted, 7 g
1 cup mixed berries, to decorate

For the strawberry gelatin, mix the water with the jam and add the grenetine in the form of string. Strap to remove the foam.
Arrange the strawberries in a jelly mold and pour the previous preparation carefully, filling 1/4 of the mold. Refrigerate until set.
For the chocolate gelatin, mix the milk with the Extra Special® Cocoa Cream with hazelnut pieces, the vanilla and add the grenetine in the form of thread.
Pour the chocolate gelatin over the strawberry gelatin and refrigerate until set. Desmolda and decorates with red fruits.
