Blend well 1 cup of natural non-fat yogurt (150 grams), 1 packet of calorie-free sweetener, and 1 cup of fresh or thawed strawberries or blackberries.
Dissolve 1 packet of unflavored gelatin in 1/4 cup of room temperature water and mix it well until it sets. Microwave it for 10 seconds and stir it with the yogurt. Make sure it’s mixed well.
Place it in the refrigerator until it sets.
