Preparation
Blend well 1 glass of natural yogurt without fat (150 grams), an envelope sweetener without calories and 1 cup of strawberries or natural or defrosted blackberries.
Dissolve 1 sachet of unflavored gelatin in 1/4 cup of water at a time and mix well until set. Put it in the microwave for 10 seconds and stir it with yogurt. Make sure it is stirred well.
Put it in the refrigerator until it settles.
