  • 2 cups yogurt, wild strawberries flavor (for the mousse)
  • 1 cup strawberry puree, (blend ¾ cup of strawberries plus ¼ cup of water and strain) (for the mousse)
  • 1 cup cow's milk, (for the mousse)
  • 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, (for the mousse)
  • 3/4 cups sugar, (for the mousse)
  • 1 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen (for the sauce)
  • 1/2 cups icing sugar, (for the sauce)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice, (for the sauce)

  • For the mousse: In a pot, add half a cup of cold milk, sprinkle the gelatin and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  • Put on the heat and stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
  • Add to the pot the strawberry puree, milk, sugar, and heat over medium until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  • Add the yogurt, mixing until a homogeneous consistency is obtained and remove from heat.
  • Grease the mold by putting a few drops of vegetable oil on a paper towel, ensuring it is a light layer and leaving no grease drops in the mold.
  • Pour the mixture and refrigerate until it reaches the desired consistency.
  • For the strawberry sauce: Blend the strawberries, lemon juice, and powdered sugar.
