2 cups yogurt, flavor wild strawberries (for the mousse)
1 cup strawberry puree, (liquefy ¾ cup of strawberries plus ¼ cup of water and strain) (for mousse)
1 cup cow's milk, (for the mousse)
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, (for the mousse)
3/4 cups sugar, (for the mousse)
1 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen (for sauce)
1/2 cups icing sugar, (for the sauce)
1 tablespoon lime juice, (for the sauce)

For the mousse: In a pot add half a cup of cold milk, sprinkle the grenetina and let stand for 5 minutes.
Put to the fire and stir until the grenetina dissolves completely.
Add to the pot the strawberries, milk, sugar and heat over medium heat until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Add the yoghurt, mixing until obtaining a homogeneous consistency and remove from heat.
Grease the mold, putting a few drops of vegetable oil on a paper napkin, taking care that it is a light layer and do not leave drops of fat in the mold.
Pour the mixture and refrigerate until it has the desired consistency.
For strawberry sauce: Blend strawberries, lemon juice and icing sugar.
