Pam® butter, canola oil butter-flavored spray
6 apples, cored
100 grams walnuts, chopped
80 grams prunes, chopped
1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
1/4 cups sugar
4 cloves
6 balls vanilla ice cream, light

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Using a spoon, scrape the apples to leave a thin skin without scraping the bottom.
Spray a pan with three shots of PAM® Butter and cook the apple pulp, nuts, prunes, sugar, cloves, and ground cinnamon, set aside.
Spray each apple with a shot of PAM® Butter and place on a baking sheet, bake for 20 minutes at 180°C.
Fill the hollow apples with this mixture.
