Stuffed Apples

  • Pam® butter, canola oil butter-flavored spray
  • 6 apples, cored
  • 100 grams walnuts, chopped
  • 80 grams prunes, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 cups sugar
  • 4 cloves
  • 6 balls vanilla ice cream, light

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Using a spoon, scrape the apples to leave a thin skin without scraping the bottom.
  • Spray a pan with three shots of PAM® Butter and cook the apple pulp, nuts, prunes, sugar, cloves, and ground cinnamon, set aside.
  • Spray each apple with a shot of PAM® Butter and place on a baking sheet, bake for 20 minutes at 180°C.
  • Fill the hollow apples with this mixture.
