Ingredients

  • PAM® Butter, canola oil flavor butter spray
  • 6 apples, heartless
  • 100 grams walnut, chopped
  • 80 grams prune, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 cups sugar
  • 4 whole cloves
  • 6 balls vanilla ice cream, Light

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
With a spoon scrape the apples so as to leave a thin crust without scraping the base.
Spray a pan with three shots of PAM® Butter and cook the apple pulp, nuts, plums, sugar cloves and cinnamon powder, set aside.
Spray with a shot of PAM® Butter each apple and place in a tray, bake for 20 minutes at 180 ° C.
Fill the hollow apples with this mixture.

PRESENTATION

Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

TIPS

If you like the taste of cinnamon, before baking the apples you can sprinkle some cinnamon powder in the hollow, after having sprinkled PAM® Butter.
