Stuffed Bananas, Covered in Churros

If you love stuffed churros, this original and delicious dessert of bananas wrapped in fried churros covered in sugar with cinnamon, filled with peanut butter, dulce de leche, and hazelnut cream, is delightful. Of course, don't forget to accompany it with some whipped cream.

  • 1 2/3 cups water
  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tablespoon yeast
  • 3 eggs
  • 6 bananas, cut into 3 and frozen
  • vegetable oil, for frying
  • 1/4 cups dulce de leche
  • 1/4 cups peanut butter
  • 1/4 cups hazelnut chocolate cream
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cinnamon powder
  • 1 liter whipped cream
  • liquid chocolate

  • Heat a small pot with water until it reaches boiling point, add the flour all at once, along with the salt and baking powder. Mix until a dough forms that doesn't stick to the pot or your fingers.
  • With the help of a mixer, beat the dough until it cools. Add the eggs one by one until you achieve a smoother dough. Fill a piping bag with a star tip. Set aside.
  • Insert the bananas on a stick, pipe the previous preparation around the banana.
  • Heat a small pot with oil and fry the bananas wrapped in churros in a deep pot, remove until well fried, and remove excess grease with a paper towel.
  • With the help of a stick, hollow out the banana and fill it with dulce de leche, peanut butter, or hazelnut cream.
  • Serve and drizzle with melted chocolate and accompany with whipped cream.
