Heat a small pot with water until it reaches boiling point, add the flour all at once, along with the salt and baking powder. Mix until a dough forms that doesn't stick to the pot or your fingers. With the help of a mixer, beat the dough until it cools. Add the eggs one by one until you achieve a smoother dough. Fill a piping bag with a star tip. Set aside.
