Stuffed pancakes

  • 125 grams margarine
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 150 grams self-rising flour
  • 2 units egg
  • 2 tablespoons corn oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence, colorless
  • 150 grams dulce de leche
  • 150 milliliters whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons icing sugar

  • Beat the margarine with the sugar until obtaining a smooth paste, add the oil and the eggs one by one, flavor with vanilla, and add the flour, beating until well combined.
  • In a cupcake tray, place liners and fill with the mixture, filling each only three-quarters full, and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
  • Let cool or rest at room temperature. With a cookie cutter or a small knife, make a small hole in the center of each pancake, removing a bit of its content and set aside.
  • Fill half (6) with dulce de leche and the other half (6) with whipped cream, placing the removed top back on.
