In a cupcake tray, place liners and fill with the mixture, filling each only three-quarters full, and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
Let cool or rest at room temperature. With a cookie cutter or a small knife, make a small hole in the center of each pancake, removing a bit of its content and set aside.
