Ingredients

12 portions
  • 125 grams margarine
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 150 grams self-raising flour
  • 2 units egg
  • 2 tablespoons corn oil
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla, colorless
  • 150 grams dulce de leche (caramel)
  • 150 milliliters whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 12 baking cups, number 10

Preparation

Beat the margarine with the sugar until obtaining a soft paste, add the oil and the eggs one by one, aromatize with the vanilla and add the flour beating until well united.
In a tray for little puddings place the pots and fill with the mixture, fill only three quarters each, bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
