Sugar-Free Chocolate Mousse

If you love chocolate but can't eat sugar, try this sugar-free dark chocolate mousse. Our recipe with only two ingredients will give you the dessert you love.

  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened dark chocolate, in pieces
  • blueberries, for decoration
  • raspberries, for decoration
  • strawberries, in quarters, for decoration
  • peppermint, leaves, for decoration

  • In a small pot over low heat, cook the heavy cream for 2 minutes (without letting it boil) and then add the sugar-free dark chocolate; mix with a whisk until the chocolate melts and integrates evenly, cook for 2 more minutes and remove from heat.
  • Pour the mixture into a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • Remove from the refrigerator and whisk with a balloon whisk until the consistency becomes fluffy. Serve in cups and decorate with red fruits and mint leaves.
