Sugar-Free Cupcakes

You don’t need sugar to enjoy these delicious cupcakes, try them, you’ll love them!

  • 1 cup low-fat milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cups vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 cup artificial sweetener, granulated
  • 2 1/4 cups flour

  • Preheat the oven to a medium temperature before starting.
  • Place the eggs in a bowl along with the sugar substitute. Beat these ingredients until frothy.
  • Add the vanilla extract, oil, and then the milk to the mixture, and beat.
  • With circular movements and gently folding, add the flour and baking powder.
  • Pour the mixture into cupcake molds lined with paper, and apply butter so they don’t stick.
  • Put in the oven for 30 minutes.
