1 cup low-fat milk
2 eggs
1/2 cups vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup artificial sweetener, granulated
2 1/4 cups flour

Preheat the oven to a medium temperature before starting.
Place the eggs in a bowl along with the sugar substitute. Beat these ingredients until frothy.
Add the vanilla extract, oil, and then the milk to the mixture, and beat.
With circular movements and gently folding, add the flour and baking powder.
Pour the mixture into cupcake molds lined with paper, and apply butter so they don’t stick.
Put in the oven for 30 minutes.
