Wash, cut, and chop half of a pineapple into pieces.
Separately, blend the condensed milk with the half cream.
In 1/3 of room temperature water, dissolve the unflavored gelatin and blend it with the milk and cream.
In hot water, dissolve all the orange gelatin and stir; once well dissolved, add 2 cups of room temperature water, let it cool for enough time, and then add this to the blended mixture.
In the mold or molds where you will present the gelatin, place grated carrot and diced pineapple.
Then add the mixture of gelatin with the milk and cream, incorporating well.
Refrigerate for about two hours or until it sets firmly.
Unmold carefully if desired.
