  • In a mixer with a paddle, beat the butter with the sugar on medium speed until smooth. Lower the speed, add the eggs and the vanilla essence one by one. Add the cocoa powder, wheat flour, baking powder and salt, you can use a strainer to sift. Pour in the milk and the melted chocolate, incorporate until you get a uniform mixture.
  • Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  • In a greased circular mold 21 centimeters in diameter, pour the mixture distributing it. Bake for 50 minutes at 180 ° C. After time, insert a wooden toothpick into the center of the cake to ensure it is cooked. Remove from the oven, cool and unmold
  • In a mixer with a paddle, mix the butter together with the vegetable shortening, cocoa powder, icing sugar, vanilla essence and milk until completely integrated. You should obtain a manageable mixture.
  • For the coverage, in a bowl, mix the chocolate with the whipping cream, heat 2 min, in periods of 40 seconds in the microwave until melted. Place in a bottle and reserve.
  • Assemble the cake. Cut the centers of two of the cakes with the help of a ring approximately 10 centimeters in diameter (to obtain a donut shape). Place one of the cut cakes as a base, cover with the bitumen on the surface and add the peanut m & m's® and m & m's® milk chocolate into the hole you formed. Repeat the same with the second cupcake. Finally cover with the last piece of sponge cake and cover the cake with the rest of the bitumen, smooth with the help of a spatula.
  • Decorate the cake with the chocolate coating, pour it on the edge of the cake, so that the drops fall down the walls of the cake and cover the surface with it. Place an empty milk chocolate m & m's® envelope with the help of a wooden stick. Decorate with rosettes of bitumen and pour the m & m's® milk chocolate to the center to taste.
