In a stand mixer, beat the butter with the sugar at medium speed until softened. Lower the speed, add the eggs one by one, and the vanilla extract. Add the cocoa powder, wheat flour, baking powder, and salt; you can use a strainer to sift. Pour in the milk and melted chocolate, mixing until you obtain a uniform mixture. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
