Sweet Angel

Feel the sensation of different textures, flavors, and it is light. It comes from my dad's family, as it is a tradition to make it on this very special date every year.

  • 150 grams raspberries, condensed
  • 250 milliliters whipped cream
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 100 grams meringue

  • Gently mix the cream and sugar.
  • Once well mixed, choose either a transparent container or individual cups and first place the raspberries.
  • Then add a layer of the mixture we made earlier and on top of it place a layer of meringue pieces and then another layer of raspberries, and so on until the container or each cup is almost full.
  • Put it in the refrigerator so that all the layers harden a bit and take it out after 20 minutes to serve.
