Heat a T-fal® Hard Titanium + skillet over medium heat; when the red spot (Thermo-spot) is completely red, add the butter, cook the apples with the brown sugar, cinnamon, lemon zest, orange juice, and brandy until the liquid completely evaporates. Set aside
For the crepe mixture, blend the crepe mixture ingredients in the T-fal® InfinyForce blender using the “Dessert” function until a liquid and homogeneous mixture forms.
Heat a T-fal® Hard Titanium + skillet over medium heat; when the red spot (Thermo-spot) is completely red, add the crepe mixture, until a thin layer covers the entire skillet. Cook for 4 minutes on both sides or until the crepe is well cooked.
To assemble, spread a layer of jam on the crepes, pipe the whipped cream, and place the apple filling, folding in a fan shape. Serve and decorate with a little powdered sugar and nuts.
