45 grams dark chocolate, for the chocolate sauce

175 grams corn syrup, for the chocolate sauce

In a small pot, place the cocoa powder, flour, and milk.
In another pot, heat the chocolate, butter, and corn syrup, and mix constantly.
Add the milk to the chocolate pot. Let it boil and remove it.
Put half of the chocolate sauce in another pot and add the banana slices.
Heat the crepes, fill them with bananas, and drizzle with the sauce you reserved.
