Confetti Crepe Rolls

Treat the little ones at home to a delicious and colorful dessert with this recipe for Confetti Crepe Rolls. To make crepes, you don't need to use a blender, as the speed can affect the mixture.   • 1 cup flour prepared for Tres Estrellas® crepes
  • 1 1/4 cups cow's milk
  • 1 package cream cheese, for the filling (190 g)
  • 5 tablespoons icing sugar, for the filling
  • 1 cup canned peaches, cut into cubes
  • nonpareil sprinkles, of colors, for decoration

  • In a bowl, mix the Tres Estrellas® crepe flour with the milk until you have a light mixture.
  • In a medium heated crepe pan, pour a little of the previous mixture and spread it to cover the pan with a light layer. Cook for 2 minutes on both sides. Repeat until the mixture is finished.
  • For the filling, beat the cream cheese with the powdered sugar until combined.
  • Place a bit of cheese on each crepe, add the diced peaches, and roll them up. Freeze until firm.
  • Remove the rolls from the freezer and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
  • Garnish with cream and sprinkle with sprinkles.
