Crepes with Cappuccino Sauce

  • 3 capsule Nescafé® Dolce Gusto® cappuccino coffee, prepared in 3 levels of water each (63 ml each) for the sauce
  • 3 capsule Nescafé® Dolce Gusto® cappuccino milk, prepared in 3 levels of water each (63 ml each) for the sauce
  • 4 tablespoons sugar, (60 g) for the sauce
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch, (30 g) dissolved in 1/2 cup of cold water (125 ml) for the sauce
  • 3 tablespoons butter, (30 g)
  • 2 bananas, peeled and sliced (320 g)
  • 250 grams strawberries, washed, sanitized, and sliced
  • 1/4 cups raw sugar, (53 g)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder, (3 g)
  • 1 package crepe, commercial (260 g)
  • 4 strawberries, washed and sanitized (100 g)

  • For the sauce, heat the coffee and milk prepared with NESCAFÉ® DOLCE GUSTO® Cappuccino capsules, and when it starts to bubble, add the sugar and cornstarch, previously dissolved; cook over medium heat for 10 minutes or until it thickens slightly.
  • For the filling, in a pan melt the butter, add the bananas, strawberries, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Fry them for 2 minutes or until lightly golden.
  • Heat the crepes in a pan and fill them with the bananas; drizzle with the sauce, decorate with the strawberries, and serve.
