Crepes with cappuccino sauce an exquisite recipe that will please everyone. Try this delicious combination accompanied by NESCAFÉ® DOLCE GUSTO® of your choice.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 3 capsule coffee NESCAFÉ® DOLCE GUSTO® Cappuccino, prepared in 3 water levels c / u (63 ml c / u) for the sauce
  • 3 capsule milk NESCAFÉ® DOLCE GUSTO® Cappuccino, prepared in 3 water levels c / u (63 ml c / u) for the sauce
  • 4 tablespoons sugar, (60 g) for the sauce
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch, (30 g) dissolved in 1/2 cup of cold water (125 ml) for the sauce
  • 3 tablespoons butter, (30 g)
  • 2 bananas, peeled and cut into slices (320 g)
  • 250 grams strawberry, washed, disinfected and sliced
  • 1/4 cups raw sugar, (53 g)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder, (3 g)
  • 1 package crepe, commercial (260 g)
  • 4 strawberries, washed and disinfected (100 g)

Preparation

For the sauce, heat the coffee and milk prepared with the capsules of NESCAFÉ® DOLCE GUSTO® Cappuccino and, when it begins to bubble, add the sugar and cornstarch, previously dissolved; cook on medium heat for 10 minutes or until lightly thickened.
For the filling, melt the butter in a pan, add the bananas, the strawberries, the mashed sugar and the cinnamon. Fry them 2 minutes or until lightly browned.
Heat the crepes in a pan and refill them with the bananas; bathe with the sauce, decorate with strawberries and offer.
