Crepes with Chocolate Sauce

Delicious crepes with chocolate sauce made with raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, and Chocolate-flavored Dannette® Custard. Another variation you can make is to drizzle them with a cajeta sauce made with Vanilla-flavored Dannette® Custard.

  • 2 1/4 cups wheat flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 cups cow's milk
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt

  • 1/2 cups raspberries
  • 1/2 cups blackberries
  • 1/2 cups strawberries, cut into cubes
  • 4 chocolate flavor custard, Dannette brand 100 grams each
  • 1/2 cups whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 500 milliliters whipping cream
  • 4 vanilla flavored custard, Dannette 100g each
  • 3/4 cups cajeta
  • drops lime

  • For the crepes, blend the wheat flour with the eggs, milk, and salt. In a skillet, heat a little butter and pour in a ladle of the batter; shape it into a crepe, ensuring they are not too thick, and cook on both sides. Repeat the process until the batter is finished and keep covered with aluminum foil.
  • For the filling, mix all the fruits and add the sugar; stir.
  • For the sauce, heat the Chocolate-flavored Dannette® Custard with the whipping cream and the sugar; heat until a light sauce is obtained.
  • Fill the crepes with the fruit mixture, drizzle with the sauce, and garnish with more fruit.
  • Method for Preparing the Cajeta Sauce: Heat the whipping cream with the Vanilla-flavored Dannette® Custard and the cajeta over medium heat; stir constantly to prevent sticking.
  • Let it cool and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Drizzle the crepes with the sauce.
