Crepes with Chocolate Sauce

Delicious crepes with chocolate sauce prepared with raspberries, blackberries, strawberries and Dannette® chocolate flavor. Another variation you can do is to bathe them with a cajeta sauce prepared with Vanilla Dannette® Vanilla Custard.

6 portions
  • 2 1/4 cups wheat flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • enough butter
  • 1/2 cups raspberry
  • 1/2 cups blackberry
  • 1/2 cups strawberry, chopped into cubes
  • 4 chocolate flavor custard, danette brand 100 grams each
  • 1/2 cups whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 500 milliliters whipping cream
  • 4 Vanilla flavor custard, danette 100g each
  • 3/4 cups cajeta - Mexican carmelized goat milk sweet
  • drops lemon


For crepes, liquefy wheat flour with eggs, milk and salt. In a pan heat a little butter and pour a ladle of the pasta; Make it a crepe, making sure they are not too thick, and cook them on both sides. Repeat the procedure until you finish the pasta and reserve by covering with aluminum foil.
For the filling, mix all the fruits and add the sugar; stir
For the sauce, heat the Danette® Chocolate Custard with the whipping cream and the sugar; Heat until you get a light sauce.
Fill the crepes with the fruit mixture, bathe with the sauce and decorate with more fruit.
Cajeta Sauce Preparation Method: Heat over medium heat the cream to beat with Danette® vanilla flavor and cajeta; moves constantly to avoid sticking.
Allow to cool and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Dip the crepes with the sauce.
