250 grams flour
4 eggs
1 envelope sugar
1 pinch salt
1/2 liters whole milk
50 grams butter
nutella
almonds, sliced

Pour the flour into a bowl and gradually add, using a whisk, the milk, eggs, salt, and sugar.
The batter should be smooth but not thick.
Let it rest for 5 minutes, then grease a medium skillet with butter and wait for it to heat over medium heat.
To make the first crepe, scoop a ladleful of batter and spread it to cover the entire bottom of the skillet.
Once the bottom of the crepe is golden, about 1 minute on low heat, use a spatula to lift it and flip to brown the other side.
We must repeat the process of greasing the skillet with butter for each crepe.
Make 5 to 6 crepes and spread Nutella on both sides of each one. (Except for the bottom and top crepes, which should only have Nutella on one side).
Between each Nutella crepe, add almonds and then place the next crepe on top to form a stack of 6 crepes (one on top of the other).
