Nutella Crepe Cake

This recipe is for a delicious Nutella crepe cake for you to enjoy with your whole family. They are perfect for celebrating your little ones' birthdays. Pair them with a good coffee or cappuccino, and if you like, add strawberries or bananas.

  • 250 grams flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 envelope sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 liters whole milk
  • 50 grams butter
  • nutella
  • almonds, sliced

  • Pour the flour into a bowl and gradually add, using a whisk, the milk, eggs, salt, and sugar.
  • The batter should be smooth but not thick.
  • Let it rest for 5 minutes, then grease a medium skillet with butter and wait for it to heat over medium heat.
  • To make the first crepe, scoop a ladleful of batter and spread it to cover the entire bottom of the skillet.
  • Once the bottom of the crepe is golden, about 1 minute on low heat, use a spatula to lift it and flip to brown the other side.
  • We must repeat the process of greasing the skillet with butter for each crepe.
  • Make 5 to 6 crepes and spread Nutella on both sides of each one. (Except for the bottom and top crepes, which should only have Nutella on one side).
  • Between each Nutella crepe, add almonds and then place the next crepe on top to form a stack of 6 crepes (one on top of the other).
