Put all the ingredients (except for the cajeta and the walnut) in the blender and blend.
Heat a small round skillet with a few drops of oil (you can spread it around the skillet with a napkin so it doesn't get greasy).
With a ladle, serve some of the mixture into the skillet, ensuring it covers the entire skillet and let it cook for about 45 seconds until it's golden brown on the bottom.
Repeat the same process until all the crepes are made. Place them on a greased platter, folding them into quarters.
Put the peanut butter and banana in the crepes and serve immediately.
