Peanut Butter and Banana Crepes

Delicious crepes with a wonderful flavor from the peanut butter and banana that make the mixture taste amazing.

  • 1 1/2 cups cow's milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • peanut butter
  • bananas, in slices

  • Put all the ingredients (except for the cajeta and the walnut) in the blender and blend.
  • Heat a small round skillet with a few drops of oil (you can spread it around the skillet with a napkin so it doesn't get greasy).
  • With a ladle, serve some of the mixture into the skillet, ensuring it covers the entire skillet and let it cook for about 45 seconds until it's golden brown on the bottom.
  • Repeat the same process until all the crepes are made. Place them on a greased platter, folding them into quarters.
  • Put the peanut butter and banana in the crepes and serve immediately.
