  • Mix the D'Gari® powdered gelatin with the water in a bowl until fully integrated. Let it rest for 10 minutes, until it hydrates and forms a gel. Set aside.
  • Heat the cup of water in a pot over medium heat and pour in D'Gari® black gelatin, using a whisk, mix until dissolved, then add the previously hydrated gelatin and dissolve.
  • Pour 1 cup of the previous preparation into a tray 20 cm wide and 30 cm long and refrigerate for 30 minutes, or until set.
  • Mix the cream cheese with the powdered sugar in a bowl until smooth and fully incorporated. Set aside.
  • Run a knife along the edges of the black gelatin tray to make it easier to unmold, being careful not to break it, and place the gelatin on wax paper.
  • With the help of a piping bag, spread a horizontal strip of cream cheese on one edge of the gelatin plate, add a bit of each fruit and roll that piece up. Repeat the steps with the cream cheese and fruit until you finish rolling.
  • Place the gelatin sushi on a board and cut rolls of 2 cm thickness with the help of a knife. Clean the knife with water between each cut to avoid staining the gelatin.
  • Serve the sweet sushi for kids on a plate and accompany it with D'Gari® Maple Syrup. Enjoy with your children!
