Sweet Kugel

I present to you a delicious dessert using pasta. This dish is originally from Poland, but I adapted the recipe to have the flavor of our country. Try it, it's really tasty!

  • 500 grams elbow pasta, La Moderna
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 1/2 cans evaporated milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 pinch cinnamon powder
  • 1 cup golden raisin
  • 2 green apples
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
  • 1 sprig cinnamon

  • Oven Preheated to 180° C
  • Boil the pasta in plenty of water with the cinnamon stick, remove, place in cold water to stop the cooking, and drain.
  • Beat the eggs, add the condensed milk, the evaporated milk, and continue beating,
  • Finally, add the vanilla, cinnamon, and then the drained noodles, add the raisins and diced apples.
  • Pour the mixture into a previously greased baking dish and place it in the oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes until it sets and lightly browns.
