I present to you a delicious dessert using pasta. This dish is originally from Poland, but I adapted the recipe to have the flavor of our country. Try it, it's really tasty!

500 grams elbow pasta, La Moderna
1 can condensed milk
1 1/2 cans evaporated milk
4 eggs
1 pinch cinnamon powder
1 cup golden raisin
2 green apples
2 teaspoons vanilla essence
1 sprig cinnamon

Oven Preheated to 180° C
Boil the pasta in plenty of water with the cinnamon stick, remove, place in cold water to stop the cooking, and drain.
Beat the eggs, add the condensed milk, the evaporated milk, and continue beating,
Finally, add the vanilla, cinnamon, and then the drained noodles, add the raisins and diced apples.
Pour the mixture into a previously greased baking dish and place it in the oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes until it sets and lightly browns.
