Sweet or Savory Crepes

This is the base recipe so you can prepare delicious crepes, it is very versatile because its flavor is neutral and can be used to make both sweet and savory crepes, there are many fillings for all tastes, your imagination is the limit to find what to fill them with.

  • 3/4 cups flour
  • 1 cup cow's milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 20 grams unsalted butter
