1 1/2 envelopes peach gelatin
1 can canned pineapple
2 carrots, shredded
1/2 cups walnuts, chopped
3 cups cow's milk, with the juice of 1 lemon
125 milliliters sour cream
1 1/2 cans condensed milk
190 grams cream cheese

In a saucepan over low heat, add the syrup from the can of pineapple and the gelatin.
In another pan, heat the milk over low heat; when it starts to boil, remove it from the heat to let it cool slightly.
In the blender, place the gelatin mixture and the pineapple juice with the warm milk, along with the cream, condensed milk, and cream cheese.
In a baking dish, pour the mixture and add the rest of the ingredients.
Refrigerate until set and serve.
