Taste this rich jelly of peach, pineapple, carrot and walnut, it will be the favorite of many since its flavor is unparalleled and delicious. It is also quick and easy to prepare and you will have a very good dessert for any occasion.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 1/2 envelopes peach gelatin
  • 1 can Pineapple in syrup
  • 2 carrots, grated
  • 1/2 cups walnut, chopped
  • 3 cups milk, with the juice of 1 lemon
  • 125 milliliters cream
  • 1 1/2 cans condensed milk
  • 190 grams cream cheese

Preparation

In a pan over low heat add the syrup of the pineapple tin and gelatin.
In another pan heat the milk to low heat, when starting to boil remove it from the heat to cool a bit.
In the blender place the mixture of gelatin and pineapple juice with the warm milk, in addition to the cream, condensed milk and cream cheese.
In a refractory pour the mixture and add the rest of the ingredients.
It is refrigerated until it cools and serves.
