Sweet Ricotta Tart

  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 5 tablespoons monk fruit
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cups butter, melted

  • Preheat the oven to 160° C.
  • Blend the ricotta with the yogurt, cornstarch, sugar substitute, egg, and butter.
  • Pour the previous mixture into a tart pan and bake for 40 minutes or until cooked. Remove and cool.
  • Decorate with raspberries and mint. Refrigerate until serving.
