Tasty Corn Bread

A version of the classic Mexican corn bread recipe, only this recipe has been modified to make it much easier to cook, so you can enjoy it faster.

  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1/2 cans corn kernels, fresh
  • 5 eggs, whole
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 100 grams butter

  • Blend all the ingredients until they are integrated and the corn kernels are reduced.
  • Pour into a previously greased and floured mold.
  • Bake for approximately 45 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
  • Important: Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
