  • 450 grams flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 1/2 cups clotted cream
  • 1/4 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 cups milk
  • flour, to roll out the dough
  • 15 grams Nutella®

  • In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt, cream, sugar, ground cinnamon, and milk. Knead until well combined and obtain a smooth dough. Let rest for 20 minutes.
  • Dust a surface with flour and roll out the dough to a thickness of 1 cm. Cut with a 10 cm diameter cutter.
  • Cook the gorditas on a griddle over low heat for 7 minutes on each side. Let cool and set aside.
  • Open the creamy gordita and fill with Nutella®. Enjoy with a glass of milk and accompany with fruit.
