Guava cheesecake with flan

  • 2 cups cinnamon cookies, ground

  • 1 package D´Gari® vanilla flan

  • Mix the cookie and butter in a bowl until fully combined. Place the mixture in a round mold lined with parchment paper that is easy to unmold, previously greased with butter and flour. Completely cover the bottom of the mold and bake at 180 °C for 5 minutes.
  • Mix the cream cheese, sugar, and heavy cream with a hand mixer. When the mixture is smooth and fully combined, add the egg and mix for 2 minutes. Then, add the flour and the jam. Mix very well with the hand mixer, pour into the mold, and bake at 180 °C for 50 minutes. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for an additional 20 minutes.
  • For the flan: Add the D’Gari® Vanilla Flan and milk in a pot. Mix and cook for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
  • Serve the flan on top of the cheesecake and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • For decoration: Unmold the guava cheesecake with flan onto a serving plate and decorate with slices of guava and mint leaves.
