Ingredients: 2 cups cinnamon cookies, ground; 1/4 cups butter, melted; 2 cups cream cheese, in medium cubes and at room temperature; 1/2 cups sugar; 1/2 cups whipping cream; 2 eggs; 1 teaspoon wheat flour; 1/2 cups guava marmalade; 1 package D´Gari® vanilla flan; 4 cups milk; guava, in slices, for decoration; peppermint, for decoration

Mix the cookie and butter in a bowl until fully combined. Place the mixture in a round mold lined with parchment paper that is easy to unmold, previously greased with butter and flour. Completely cover the bottom of the mold and bake at 180 °C for 5 minutes. Mix the cream cheese, sugar, and heavy cream with a hand mixer. When the mixture is smooth and fully combined, add the egg and mix for 2 minutes. Then, add the flour and the jam. Mix very well with the hand mixer, pour into the mold, and bake at 180 °C for 50 minutes. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for an additional 20 minutes.
