Ladyfinger Cake

Creamy no-bake cold cake with intense coffee and almond flavor. The ideal dessert to save you in a pinch.

  • 400 grams butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cans condensed milk, (397 ml)
  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee, (previously dissolved in 20 ml of water)
  • 200 grams almonds, sliced
  • 500 milliliters cow's milk
  • 50 milliliters rum, or brandy
  • 150 grams chocolate sprinkles
  • 45 ladyfingers

  • Soften the butter in the mixer at medium speed. Add the eggs, condensed milk, and coffee.
  • Once everything is incorporated, add the almonds and beat a little more. Set aside.
  • Mix the milk and liqueur in a container or bowl.
  • Line a rectangular mold with plastic (you can use a large plastic bag) and place the first 15 ladyfingers, previously soaked in the mixture of milk and liqueur. Cover with 1/3 of the mixture from step #1. Repeat this step 3 times.
  • Finally, cover the mold with a lid or cling film and refrigerate for 1-2 days.
  • Decorate with chocolate sprinkles or shavings.
