  • 1 cup mango
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 1/2 cups whipped cream
  • 4 tablespoons unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated
  • 1 cup mango, in small cubes
  • Golden Hills® coconut flavored cookies

  • Blend the sweetened Danone® Greek yogurt with the mango and honey until you achieve a smooth mixture.
  • In a bowl, mix the whipping cream with the mango yogurt, add the gelatin, and set aside.
  • Arrange the coconut cookies in a pastry ring, alternating with the mango filling. Refrigerate the charlotte for 2 hours or until firm.
  • Decorate the mango yogurt charlotte with pieces of mango and coconut chips.
