  • 3 egg yolks
  • 2/3 cups sugar
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons McCormick® Pure Matcha Tea
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 2 tablespoons McCormick® Pure Matcha Tea
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 cups water, hot
  • 3 cups ladyfingers
  • 2 tablespoons McCormick® Pure Matcha Tea
  • almonds, sliced
  • white chocolate, chopped, for decoration
  • peppermint, for decoration

  • In a bowl, mix the egg yolks with the sugar using a whisk. When they change color, place over a double boiler and heat for 5 minutes, whisking continuously.Remove from heat, add the mascarpone cheese, and mix. Set aside.
  • Use a hand mixer to blend the whipped cream, McCormick® Pure Matcha Tea, and vanilla until doubled in size. Gently fold in the yolk mixture. Set aside.
  • In a bowl, mix McCormick® Pure Matcha Tea, sugar, and hot water. Dissolve and set aside.
  • To assemble the tiramisu: dip the ladyfingers one by one in the mixture of hot water with McCormick® Pure Matcha Tea and place a layer in the baking dish. Then, add a layer of the mascarpone cheese mixture and repeat the process until the dish is filled. Refrigerate the matcha tea tiramisu for 2 hours.
  • Sprinkle McCormick® Pure Matcha Tea over the tiramisu using a sieve. Decorate with sliced almonds, white chocolate, and mint leaves.
