Dare to prepare these delicious microwave cinnamon rolls in an easy and simple way; moreover, they are drizzled with a sweetened condensed milk glaze that your family will love.
1/4 cups butter, at room temperature, for the dough
1/2 cups The Original Milkmaid®, 375 g, for the filling
1 cup walnuts, finely chopped
2 tablespoons cinnamon powder, for the filling

wheat flour, for rolling out the dough
1 egg yolk, for brushing

Dissolve the yeast in a cup of warm milk and let it rest for 10 minutes. Set aside.
Place the flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl, then mix the dry ingredients well and add the egg, butter, and milk with the hydrated yeast, mixing thoroughly until all the ingredients are incorporated, resulting in a smooth and soft dough. Cover with cling film to prevent drying out and let it rest for 1 hour for the dough to ferment. Set aside.
Mix La Lechera® original and ground cinnamon in a bowl, then whisk very well until the ingredients are perfectly combined.
For the glaze: mix La Lechera® original and milk in a bowl until well combined. Set aside.
Place some flour on a flat surface, put the dough on top, and roll it out evenly with a rolling pin until it is about 5mm thick. Then, spread the filling over the dough with a spoon, add the nuts, and roll it up tightly with your hands to prevent the filling from spilling out. Cut the roll into slices about 4 cm wide and place them in a previously greased microwave-safe dish. Let them rest for 30 minutes, brush the rolls with egg yolk, cover with cling film, and cook in the microwave for a total of 4 minutes: the first interval for 1 minute and then in 30-second increments until you reach 4 minutes.
Decorate the microwave cinnamon rolls with the glaze and serve with coffee.
