No-Bake Chocolate Cheesecake with Almonds

Chocolate desserts are among the most popular and delicious, which is why we prepared this No-Bake Chocolate Cheesecake with Almonds recipe combined with yogurt for better consistency. This is an easy healthy dessert because by mixing Cocoa with chocolate, you reduce the amount of sugar in your preparation.

  • 2 cups Nature’S Heart® almond chocolate, for the base
  • 2 1/2 cups low-fat cream cheese, 475 g
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 2 1/2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 1/4 cups whipping cream, hot
  • 1/2 cups bittersweet chocolate, melted
  • 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated and melted. Divided (7g each)
  • Nature’S Heart® sliced ​​almonds, for decoration
  • raspberries, for decoration
  • peppermint, for decoration

  • In a food processor, process the Cocoa and Nature’s Heart® almond chocolate until you have a paste.
  • Place in a tart pan and press to compact and form the base. Refrigerate.
  • For the filling, beat the cream cheese with the sugar, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract until you have a homogeneous mixture. Divide the preparation into two equal parts and set aside.
  • Mix the hot whipping cream with the chocolate until dissolved.
  • Add the chocolate and half of the gelatin to one part of the cream cheese mixture and beat until combined. Pour the mixture over the base, spread well, and refrigerate until set.
  • Add the rest of the gelatin to the other part of the cream cheese mixture and mix very well. Pour into the mold and smooth out. Return to the refrigerator until fully set.
  • Unmold and decorate with Nature’s Heart® sliced almonds, raspberries, and mint. Enjoy.
