No-Bake Nougat Cake

This no-bake nougat cake has a creamy filling with that characteristic Christmas flavor! Best of all, it’s easy to prepare and doesn’t require an oven.

  • 1 1/2 cups cinnamon cookies, ground
  • 1/2 cups butter, melted, for the base
  • 1 turrón, ground, for the base 200 g, for the filling
  • 1 1/4 cups milk, for the filling
  • 1 1/4 cups whipping cream, for the filling
  • 1/4 cups sugar, for the filling
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence, for the filling
  • 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated, for the filling
  • caramelised almonds, in pieces, for decoration

Low
  • Mix the ground cookies and butter in a bowl. Press the cookie mixture into the bottom of a Royal Prestige® 10” Deluxe Easy Release frying pan, carefully pressing with your hands to form the crust. Heat the pan on low for 3 minutes to integrate the crust well. Remove, let cool, and set aside.
  • In a Royal Prestige® 10.5” Novel Frying Pan, add the chopped nougat and milk. Heat on low, stirring constantly until the nougat melts. Add the heavy cream and sugar and mix well. Add the hydrated gelatin and mix until it dissolves.
  • Remove from heat, cool slightly at room temperature, and pour into the Royal Prestige® 10” Deluxe Easy Release frying pan where the crust is.
  • Chill the nougat cake in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
  • When it's cold, decorate the no-bake nougat cake with candied almonds and serve.
