  • 2 cups Oikos® Greek Yogurt Vanilla 10g protein
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 teaspoons lime zest
  • 1 cup milk
  • monk fruit
  • 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin powder, hydrated and melted
  • mixed berries, for decoration

  • In a bowl, mix the Oikos® Greek Yogurt Vanilla 10g protein and the milk until well combined. Set aside.
  • Place the milk, sugar, and gelatin in a small pot and heat for 5 minutes.
  • Combine the hot milk with the yogurt mixture. Mix well and transfer to small glass molds.Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • Decorate the yogurt panna cotta with red fruits.
