  • 1 1/2 cups white rice, washed and soaked
  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 1 orange zest
  • 1 liter Chantilly® tres leches syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 2 packages cream cheese, (190 g each) cut into cubes
  • 1 package vanilla cookies, squares
  • cinnamon powder, for decoration

  • For the rice pudding: in a pot, boil the rice with the water, the cinnamon stick, and the orange zest for 15 minutes.
  • When the rice has absorbed almost all the water, add the Jarabe Tres Leches Chantilly® and the vanilla, and cook for 5 more minutes.
  • Beat the cream cheese until smooth, add the rice pudding, and gently incorporate.
  • To assemble the charlotte: make a base with the cookies and add a layer of rice pudding; repeat the process until the mold is full and then refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon, cut a slice, and enjoy.
