Stacked Donuts

  • 3/4 cups icing sugar, for the filling
  • 1/2 cups honey cookies, in crumbs, for the toppings
  • 1 cup marshmallows, medium, for the toppings
  • 1/4 cups semisweet chocolate, melted, for the toppings
  • 1 banana, for the toppings
  • 1/2 cups cajeta, for the toppings
  • 1/2 cups toasted pecans, for the toppings
  • cinnamon powder, for the toppings

  • Mix the egg, milk, vegetable oil, vanilla, baking powder, flour, and sugar in a container.
  • Transfer to greased cups, pour the mixture halfway, place a roll of parchment paper in the center to maintain the hole and form the donut; it should be thick and you can place a little weight on it to keep it from moving. Cook the donuts for 1 ½ minutes.
  • Whip the cream and once it thickens, add the cream cheese, vanilla, and powdered sugar. Whip until fully combined.
  • Fill the donuts and cover with toppings: Cover with marshmallows; first, heat them over direct flame, torch, or heat gun to toast the surface, then drizzle with melted chocolate and finish with some honey cookie crumbs. You can also cover with dulce de leche, banana slices, chopped nuts, and sprinkle a little cinnamon.
