Sweet Crepes Filled with Pudding

  • 2 eggs, for the crepes
  • 1 cup milk, for the crepes
  • 1 tablespoon sugar, for the crepes
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted, for the crepes
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder, for the crepes
  • 1 cup flour, for the crepes
  • 1 cup milk, for the pudding
  • 1 envelope D'Gari® vanilla flavor pudding, for the pudding
  • cocoa powder, for decoration
  • bittersweet chocolate, melted, for decoration
  • white chocolate, melted, for decoration

  • Blend the eggs, flour, cocoa, sugar, milk, and melted butter. Set aside.
  • Pour a ladle onto an electric crepe maker, spread the batter with a wooden spatula to cover the entire surface, and cook the crepe for 1 minute on each side. Set aside.
  • In a bowl, mix D'Gari® vanilla pudding and milk at room temperature. Whip for 2 minutes and let it rest for 5 minutes before using as filling.
  • Fill a chocolate crepe with vanilla pudding, roll it up, and cut into 5 cm wide pieces. Dust with cocoa and shape the ears and eyes with melted chocolate.
  • Serve the chocolate crepe and accompany with a glass of milk.
