The Three Milks

This recipe for Las Tres Leches is used to prepare a delicious Ice Cream Cake.

  • 1 kilo cake mix
  • 1 condensed milk
  • 1 milkmaid
  • 1 low-fat milk
  • 1 1/2 liters frosting
  • canned peaches
  • water

  • The flour is prepared with the water and the eggs.
  • The mixture is beaten well with the mixer until everything is incorporated.
  • Put baking paper in a muffin tin and fill them halfway, then put them in the oven for 45 min.
  • The cake is removed, the top crust is removed. Then the milks are stirred and the Cake is bathed with the Milks without them being thrown away, then it is left to cool in the refrigerator for one day.
  • Since it is cold, decorate with the bitumen previously beaten to the point of nougat. The colors can be varied and a few peach slices are added on top, preferably refrigerated overnight to improve the flavor.
