Three Chocolate Tart

Delicious three chocolate tart with a crunchy cookie crust, perfect cold dessert for chocolate lovers. If you can't decide which type of chocolate to try, this dessert is the best option as each bite will have the flavor of all three.

  • 250 grams cookies, popular (dough)
  • 90 grams unsalted butter , soft (dough)
  • 20 milliliters whipping cream , (dough)
  • 250 grams dark chocolate , (chocolate filling)
  • 250 grams milk chocolate, (chocolate filling)
  • 250 grams white chocolate, (chocolate filling)
  • 1200 milliliters whipping cream , (chocolate filling)
  • 60 grams unflavored gelatin powder, (chocolate filling)

  • For the dough: crush the cookies very well. Add the butter and the cream, mix well and distribute evenly in a tall mold. Place in a preheated oven at 200 °C for 5-10 minutes depending on how crispy it is, and set aside.
  • For the chocolate filling: heat 400 ml of heavy cream in a double boiler and add the dark chocolate, stirring until incorporated. Add 20 g of gelatin and leave for 5 more minutes in the double boiler, let cool a bit and add the cookie base, wait for it to set.
  • When the dark chocolate is set, follow the same procedure with the milk chocolate, using a spoon to pour it over the dark chocolate to avoid breaking it and mixing.
  • Follow the same procedure with the white chocolate and wait for all three chocolates to set well.
  • After they are well set, unmold and cut into 8 slices.
