  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 1/2 cups whole milk
  • 1/2 cups evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cups condensed milk
  • 1/2 cups whipping cream
  • 1/2 cups cream cheese
  • 1/4 cups icing sugar
  • 1 tablespoon white chocolate, melted
  • strawberries, for decoration

  • Blend the flour, baking powder, milk, egg, butter, sugar, and vanilla for 2 minutes. Set aside.
  • Pour the mixture into a baking dish with butter and flour and cook in the microwave for 4 minutes, in intervals of 1 minute; we recommend using a dish that is 24 cm long, 14 cm wide, and 6 cm high. Let it cool.
  • Combine whole milk, evaporated milk, and condensed milk in a bowl and refrigerate.Use a toothpick to make some holes in the cake, pour the three milk mixture over it, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with a whisk. Once it is smooth and creamy, add the whipped cream, sugar, and melted chocolate. Mix very well and set aside.
  • To decorate the cake: Leave the cake in the baking dish, add the whipped cream, create waves with a spatula, and add strawberries.
